Aaron, I enjoyed it however you surely must admit that there was basically one joke where the students got the meanings of words mixed up, that they managed to carry on for four series.

The last ITV sitcom I really enjoyed would have to be the much underated Is It Legal? by Simon Nye. A great little show that never got the recognition it deserved.

Yes, probably the worst British sitcom of all time.
Anyway, I've never seen Shelley, but it looks like my kind of show.
