No. It should be 24-28/30 minutes long. A 'page a minute' is just a rough guide. Read it out and time yourself.
It's always difficult to specify how many 'pages' a script should be as people use different formatting. A word count is probably the best indicator - around 5,700 words is a good amount for a 30 minute sitcom script.
