North and South BCG divide Page 8

They also view Megrahi as having carried out a legitimate response to America's bombing of Libya. Which of course it isn't. But in country like Libya where secret executions, police and torture are the norm people see things diferently.

Personally I think Regan was a total fag for not sending the F111s over with atomic bombs afterwards.

And who really gives a f**k about what they think about us? I surely don't.

Yeah who cares if moslems don't like us? What are they going to do... oh hang on...

The war on terror can only be won by winning hearts and minds.

The ironic-ness about this whole debate is that the North-South divide is continually perpetuated by Northerners due to their inferiority complexes.

The shocking truth is that Londoners are far too busy thinking about themselves and shit that they've got to do and they really can't spare the time to worry about Northerners.

So take that chip off your shoulder, dip it in gravy and carry on with your lives. Now can we get back to hating the Scotch, who not only root for Germany when they play England but let terrorists out of jail to have heroic receptions.

Ha all the insults from this thread have come from you.

If anyone has an inferiority complex it is you and I would ask you to take the chip off your shoulder dip it into some jellied eels put the latest Chas and Dave record on pick up your chimney sweep and head off to work.

And the best way to someone's heart and mind is a good kick to the nuts.

Damn, and I was going to say cookies.

Getting well and truly off topic here, but Ghadaffi is on his last legs, power is shifting to his son, who commands huge popular support, and is likely to seeks a less antagonistic relationship with the west. Al-megrahi's release was an olive branch that could have assisted in the process of rapproachment, but US politicians seem determined to keep the west on a war footing.

Just out of curiosity, why are you talking such bollocks?

That's London and the yucky East End at that. We Londoner's pity all of you Easteners, Welsh, Northeners, Brummies what ever. By rolling over and allowing billionaire plutocrats from around the world f**k us, we're the only people making any money.

So next time you waster your JSA on; whippets, sheep, leeks, haggis or what ever regional cliche you like.

It's because us hard working Londoner's are sucking some Russian autocrats greasy cock.

Why not? It's fun.

Kicking people in the cookies is why it took you 200 years more than the US to kick us Brits out.

There's a lot of truth to what he said.

There is and has always been a place for violence in international relations. The allied invasion of Afghanistan to route out Al Quaeda was utterly justified, the ridiculous farrago of an election isn't.

I can't help thinking that certain people on this thread fully believe that the following places make up the South of England.

I don't necessarily disagree with that, but kneejerk reactions are generally unhelpful.

And being upset that a man convicted of murdering 270 people was released from prison after only 8 years is a kneejerk reaction?

Well it is not like he was going to be serving much longer...

Then he could have gone back to Libya in a box. That's the meaning of "life sentence."

But it's all about compa$$ion ...

This is a comedy forum and I reserve the right to make assinine jokes when ever the muse takes me.

If this was a religious forum I would say God bless when ever I felt like it.

So there!

There is nothing to fear except common sense.
