Which one's Alfie again?
Long-haired Welsh one. Plays the guitar... badly.

75 minutes, eh? That sounds like a good episode. Although I'll be waiting for conformation from an official BBC source before posting anything on the news page.

Best had. Wikipedia is a 50/50 source.
I see all this information has now been removed from Wiki (except for the 75 minutes part).

Yep.
It still says about Alfie leaving though.
I've been thinking. (Yes, I know. Dangerous thing) However, how do these people on Wikipedia know all this stuff. They don't ring the writer up and say 'Hi Mr My Family writer. Alfie goes, Nick comes and all in 75 minutes too. True or false?' do they?
Some is completely made up. Some is guessed. Some comes from insiders.

I'd like to think 25%, 25%, 50% but that's not it is it...
More like 49.5%, 49.5%, 1%.
Sounds about right!
Quote: Wikipedia @ August 21 2009, 7:28 PM BSTSusan is feeling down after Janey points out that Nick has 'got away' with not attending four Christmases in a row now, so she decides to invite him - much to Alfie's dismay. Meanwhile, Roger's depressed after not getting a Christmas card from Abi, so after taking a leaf out of Susan's book, he invites her to come to his at Christmas - but how much does the convent mean to her? Later, Alfie packs his bags and puts them in the hallway, causing Ben to fall over them whilst drunk and break his arm. Also, Janey decides to forget about boyfriends and look after Kenzo, but Kenzo's not interested. An uncomfortable atmosphere decends upon the Harper's festive celebrations as Nick hasn't turned up but a knock on the door might just put a smile on Susan's face.
Mmmmmm.
If this actually turns out to be the episode, it sounds pretty good tbh, except for the absence of strange absence of Mike...
It wouldn't be the first time he wasn't in an episode though. Didn't he have trouble with drugs or something earlier this year?
And surely if we have a synopsis then this episode has already been filmed thus someone out there would know what the episode is about... so perhaps it isn't a fake. Although, do they film specials this early on?

I think that was earlier last year. I think Mike's actually appeared in every episode bar two: "Deliverence" and "What's Up, Docklands?"... though I could be wrong.
And I just presumed they filmed the Christmas Special at the beginning of the next series (e.g. for this year, September, prior to when they start filming Series Ten...), or maybe someone really does have inside information... who knows? Though hopefully we will find out soon enough.
