Has anyone noticed when exam results come out, it looks as if only girls are doing them because no photos of boys are published? I've just looked at about half a dozen news sites and they all have photos of girls celebrating. What's going on here? You'd think boys didn't do A-levels. It's just sexism.
Exam results - is the reporting of them sexist?
Nah. More like laziness. They run a more or less carbon copy of this story on the same day every year, with exactly the same content.
Teenage girls looking happy and sexy about exam results sells more papers. The reporting is sexist, but generally for these more dubious reasons. (On a more general point though, boys' education isn't considered important thesedays in the UK, which is going to reap a dreadful legacy in years to come.)
We should cull English boy teenagers.

Then who would make the sweet love to all the English girl teenagers........Ahh! I see your plan!

What, so there's less competition for you, chip?
There was a hot teenage girl on the train this morning, with tousled brunette hair, a sloppy sweatshirt, a short denim skirt and long brown legs that never ended...
...What's this thread about again?

That's chip!
Girls get more squealy, or more upset. Boys tend to do the "Yep. In." or "Nope. Clearing." where as girls are all over the place, for better or worse.

It is nice when that happens.
That's ch... Ah, forget it.
Is Chipolata a lesbian? Or just an odd bloke who picks sexy chicks for his avatars?

We have a winner! Scats is indeed correct, it's more compelling telly when there's an emotional reaction.
'How come when England are in the World Cup and either win or lose a game, they show a pub full of blokes? Isn't that sexist?' Again, the telly people know that men are more likely to have a strong emotional reaction to such news.
