I do drink it in moderation though. Well, there's no point in drinking a lot, there's no alcohol in it.

My (outside London) experience is that you are often offered low-alcohol when requesting alcohol-free.
I can't drink low alcohol, which is a bugger. I sometimes get angry with pubs for underselling and overpricing non-alcohol alternatives. My solution, to be honest, is to realise that now I don't drink I just shouldn't go there very often.

I think they have an alcohol free one and a 5% one.
They certainly have a no alcohol version because I've had it.
What does alcohol free beer taste like? I've thought about getting it before, but worry it will taste rancid.

I have tried one once, it just tasted like shandy that's gone a bit out of date.

Becks is very good, tastes just like normal lager without the alcohol. Kaliber is pretty much as shit as it always was. Cobra is good and there's a Bavarian one that's sold in supermarkets which is different but pretty good as well. I think they've improved the production process a lot since the old days. It's also basically low-calorie as there's no sugar in it.
