There speaks a closet authority.

Hehe.

Of course...he has broke employment law doing that.

Are you sure bigfella? She was still on her probation.

I'd agree with bigfella. Although it's funny what he did, he might have have breached employment law. As an employee, things are stacked in your favour, no matter how much of a f**kwit.

Oh indeed.

The amount of f**kers that have screwed me over the years. Not going to their job out of the office, shagging upstairs on my time, spending all day on facebook, "sick" days, being shit at selling......

And I come to sack them.....

Anyway enough bitterness.

I'd imagine calling your boss a wanker is misconduct and a sackable offence.

Yes. but you have to investigate. suspend on full pay, statement, investigate interview, correct letters etc.

We spend £500 quid a month to have a company that we refer all our problems like this to. If it then goes wrong after we do what they say they pay the tribunal costs.

Bigfella that's your wife for goodness sake, we are not living in Dicken's England anymore!

I hear you, brother! There's some f**ker here spends all his time on comedy forums, using the printer to print out scripts, leching over work experience girls, fiddling his travel expenses...oh, wait a minute. Whistling nnocently

Fortunately I don't have any friends but Facebook is becoming increasingly popular among high class tarts. Although far too mean to pay them a visit, the clarity of their pictures is appreciated.

The thing that struck me about the boss's reply is that he seems to have taken most offence to her not realising he's a gay.
