Sitting at a laundromat while my clothes are drying. I'm out of clean shirts and the ex's household goods won't be delivered until Wednesday. She also forgot to have the gas turned on, so we have to take cold showers until Monday. (I fly home tomorrow.)
An African-American woman just asked me for an example of a racial slur. I wasn't sure if it was a trick question, so I took the easy way out and said something about Mexicans. She just muttered "That's a good one" and walked away. Weird.

At the airport in Oklahoma City. It's a short 200-mile flight to Dallas and then another 250 miles to San Antonio.
It'll be nice to be home, but I'll miss the pug the ex rescued today. He's a snorting ball of energy.

Saw the Walking With Dinosaurs Arena event this weekend. I sat with mouth open and tears in my eyes throughout the show. I can die happy after seeing 'real' dinosaurs.
Is a little annoyed as the back part of his exhaust has come loose!
