Having recently blagged a free years gym membership for doing the "after" fliming for the documentry there - I was wondering what other great deals or products other BCG members had managed to blag for nothing?
Blagging

Apart from perfume, cosmetics and clothes and invites, the weirdest things I've blagged were a chiropody session and a year's worth of fake tan, via this article.

I don't do it, wouldn't know how.
Literally the only thing I can think of is the other day in Top Shop I convinced the guy to let me have the nice fancy wooden hanger my top came on. They were supposed to keep them.
Rock and f**king roll, me.
I noticed recently that my local corner shop never tests the cigarette lighters before handing them over to punters.
So when my lighter is empty, I go buy a new one of the same model, leave the shop, and go back a minute later with an unlit fag in my mouth and ask why they just sold me an empty lighter.
Free lighter!

Isn't that actually stealing?

Yeah. Most of it was sent as freebies, but often you'd phone up a PR and tell them you're writing an article and they'd send you related stuff from their clients.

Yes. Yes it is.
I have done my fair share of blagging, I have to say. Not always free, mostly discounts though but free stuff has included beauty products, hair styles, clothes and jewellery, sweets, toys, computer stuff, and a couple of days out.

Erm that's not blagging; that's fraud.
Yeah Kevin. Freeze motherf**ker! Tobacconist Vice!
I blagged a train once. Got caught though and went to jail. Then I escaped and went on the run to Brazil. Now I'm back and pretty much dead. Who'd a thunk it?

They're nasty bastards. But no where near as scary as the Tobogganist Vice!
Is that the Ghost of Micheal Jackson chasing them>?

Technically, I think it's obtaining goods or services by deception.
(which is why I've never actually done it)
