Nice! Enjoy and remember the sun cream. When I was in Spain last month I was too busy bollocking my daughter for not putting enough on and forgot about myself. Hence the rest of the holiday with the t-shirt on, which was probably best for all concerned as it happens.

Remember, customers will be always be a pain in the arse whatever business or line of work you finally go in. I always smile and let it wash over me.
The people you work with will always be worse! And when you get staff of your own...then good God all hell breaks lose. If you work with someone who is a knob - tell em, they soon stop.
