Nah, it's like a sage-y meat slice? lol. It's only basic flavour because it's a practice. But making it spicy would be easy and if this goes down well. Then I shall make a spicy-nicey one.

Not bad- if you did eat 19 to amount to 2000 cals or whatever, then that is bad.
As it would be lot of fat and no protein.
Everything in moderation.
Don't deprive yourself of anything.
Just eat reasonably healthy and have the odd high cal meal, and exercise regularly.
I don't know why people have issues with dieting! You can never diet.
