I think for shorter sentences no, but he might come to think of it.
If he'd have been driving a car it would have been. But there again, why would he have been on the pavement in a car? Doesn't really stand up that one.

I picked up the South African paper 'Daily Voice' today. There was a shocking article about a body that was found on the train tracks, decapitated, arms and legs strewn. There are 3 gross pictures, including a close up of the head lying on the tracks.
The headline reads 'SPLATFORM'!
