I know that there were many episodes of this sitcom but I am looking for information on one specific episode. I am looking for the name of the episode in which the ladies had a fire in their flat and the brigade was called out. I know that there was a 'Fireman' in BANG but not sure if this is the episode with the flat fire or not. Any assistance would be appreciated, thanks
Richard.
Birds of a Feather episode help
Doesn't ring a bell for me I'm afraid. I have a vague recollection that there may have been a fire at the café though.
I'm assuming that you mean the house though, not flat?

To be honest I am not positive of the location of the fire. I was told 'in the flat' but after reading some of the story lines I am inclined to believe 'house' would be more correct. But if in the house or cafe I am not sure. I realize this is a long shot question but was hoping someone would know the episode involving the fire Brigade - be it house or cafe.
Thanks
Richard
Am pretty sure the episode you are referring to is the one where Sharon goes down to the kitchen of Dalentrace in the early hours of the morning to get a cup of hot milk, in doing this she leaves the cooker ring on and destroys the kitchen in a fire. Whilst the kitchen is being re-done they stay with Dorien who fusses over them in a picky way by telling them to gte feet off of furniture and putting coasters everywhere. Also when Sharon and Tracey offer to do Sunday Lunch Dorien is edgy. When the Kitchen is re-done it transpires that Sharon got it at cheap rate by allowing it to be used by the comapny as a show Kitchen much to Tracey's annoyance.
Although am not 100% on the title will investigate for you.
Am almost certain it is Series Five Episode 2 entitled Bang!
"Bang" was the only episode that I was able to find that had a 'Fireman' listed as a guest actor - unless I missed it while going through the guides.
I appreciate your help.
Richard
No problem.
Let's just hope it gets onto DVD very soon
I have that episode on VHS. They released some "Best of" tapes years ago with about 4 on each one. They weren't in any real order though!
Good episode. Mike88 is right, Sharon gets lots of sympathy from Tracey and it turns out she skimped on the insurance and they have to get a cheap kitchen.
Birds of a feather is pretty under-rated, I think.
