Well that's simple its...errr...ummm...the size of...a regular cup...size? Whistling nnocently

Hah! It's not, I tried it. I measured it with the average cups in my cup collection and it's just under.

I just noticed I have cup measurements on my measuring jug. But normally we use little coloured measuring cups that come in 1 cup, 1/2 cup, 1/3 cup, 1/4 cup.

Do you think that is bad?

No, just shocking to see how easy it is to get on a path and not be able to get off (I'm sure a lot of us are in the same boat, but with different things). Hopefully you'll be able to get a grip on it before it has long term health consequences.

I guess an addiction to food is one of the worst in a way because you still have to eat and can't just avoid it.

This is what I say on telly.

The standard solution is addicition is to completly stop - which you can't

I'm going to dinner now, so if everyone could stop posting that would be lovely. :)

Yes me too, I have to go job hunting. I expect everything to be the same as I when I left it, when I get back.

Yeah but its sorted now!

My stomach is the size of an egg so very, very small meals, about the third of the calories I consume aren't absorbed my body, I can't eat sugar in quantity or I am very ill.

So the weight will come off for about two years then level out.

Then I have to back to hospital to get about 2 stone of skin cut off me! Nice.
Sorry if anyone was having lunch.

Sick

I'm off to edit a script while nobodies in the office. Wave

Yeah - Remember I was 43stone when I had the op. I am 6 foot 6ish though.

Just to piss you off I lost 2.5 stone in 10 days at the start! :)

I once lost 3 stone in 5 days. BEAT THAT, BITCH.

If you don't mind me asking, bigfella, how did you get so big in the first place? Were you big from a child, or did it creep up on you in adulthood?

He eats people who displease him.

He's not one of the BCGers I displease, so I'm safe. :)

No we use weight in either oz or grammes, rather than volume. My sister sent me a recipe book from the States and it's uses 'cups' but never says how big the cup is supposed to be.

It's no wonder they're all so freaking huge, is it? We use exact measurements, whilst they just leave it down to whatever size cup is at hand.

You're about 5 hours too early.

Also, just bumped into Jeffrey in the kitchen and accused him of taking insurance documents and not bringing them back.
