From most of the posts on this message board, I'd say there isn't. 
As an outsider who has lived in the UK, the two that come to mind are The Royle Family and One Foot in the Grave. Jim complaining and Victor whingeing, from the northern housing estate to the outer London suburbs. The warmth of the first and the sadness of the second.
