Yes I think you can change it back - but you don't, slowly the stomach expands and you can eat more to maintain the new healthy weight.

Yeah - Remember I was 43stone when I had the op. I am 6 foot 6ish though.
Just to piss you off I lost 2.5 stone in 10 days at the start!
I lost 6 stone in 2 years via dieting ect.
But your weight lose kicks mine and Ellies square in the balls... well done!
