Can you explain "a bad shepherd"?

I knew 'Ade' was the end of Lemonade, and Ade Edmondson is a comedy person.

And "a bad" is a probable anagram indicator. But I can't anagram 'shepherd' to get 'Edmondson'.

Yours confused of RG8.

He's in a band called The Bad Shepherds.
