Now that I know it's Central London, please put me down as a definite. If numbers are a problem, I can ditch the +1.
I wouldn't worry about numbers too much, a week before the event, you'll have a flood of members all saying 'I'm really gutted, but I can't make it to the meet because of some convoluted excuse...', these same people will then post a week later going 'I wish I'd gone to the meet now, the thing I went to was rubbish...', tis the same with every social event.

I know people will drop out etc (happened last time) but I don't want it to turn into an easy jet flight when people turn up and can't get onto the BCG flight to Comedy Town!
