Ben is damn, damn hungry, but he's not too upset as lunch is only 20 minutes away.
I've just had to change my password, and for some reason I've picked a massively complex one that I keep forgetting and have had to write down on loads of post-it notes around my PC.

The first thing snoops do is check on/under your computer desk for a Post-It note with a password on it.
Use a password manager like KeePass (Windows, freeware) or 1Password (Mac, commercial) and you'll only have to remember a single password for thousands of sites. 1Password is the handiest piece of software I own.
