No.

I love him, even the crap is somewhat watchable.

Whatever Works looks terrible though.

The orgasmatron machine in Sleeper. Excellent!

Which ones have you actually seen Aaron?
He does lots of different types.
Or are you judging him from seeing 5 minutes of him once where he said he liked Spaced, or something. ;)

Hiya all, just got back, had a great if extremely eventful trip. Stayed in New York for four days and had the remaining ten in Cleveland, Ohio. New York is a great city, though poverty is imminent. But saw some great things, The Statue of Liberty and the Empire State Building, Fifth Avenue and the Crysler Building. My best feeling was one day when it lashed it down, so I sat in my hotel room depressed for about five hours. But I decided to go out in the evening and went to a beautiful French Restaraunt (No doubt I've gone down in Aaron's estimations). So I went to this restaraunt via Time Square and the Japan like look of it and the whole buzz of the place brought me into a feeling of awe and wonder. So that was New York and so off to Cleveland where I stayed with some distant relatives of mine. They were an oldish couple (72 and 76) and though they argued with each other none stop, they were a very nice couple. I liked Cleveland and I had the privalidge of going to watch the Cleveland Indians play the Detroit Tigers at Baseball, a top night out which I really got into. Then the couple very kindly drove me to the Niagara Falls in Canada. We stayed in a hotel in Canada and if I wanted to stay in that kind of accomadation, I would have gone to a deprived tower block in London than go to the other side of the world. I arrived and there was a group of what are now called Chavs hanging around outside the hotel. I'd not seen a Chav for two weeks by this point and I was extremely horrified to discover that these Chavs were in fact hotel staff. The room was tacky and there were even people sleeping in cars in the carpark. The hotel was advertised of having two swimming pools, none big enough to drown a fly and talking of flies, the small dining room was full of them. It was awful. But the next day I saw the falls and they were amazing. Then on the way back, the husband accidently drove his car when his wife was half in it (one foot in and one foot out). I was at first worried for this womans safety, though I was in pain from laughter on the way back because after the incident, she wonderfully said 'I wouldn't mind, but it's not the first time he's done that to me' Then on my last night, some friends came over of the couple I stayed with and one man who came over was the American version of Alf Garnett. In the short conversation I had with him, he said many racist comments, along with mocking of his mother-in-law and women (he can't stand the nattering they do and hates having to drive his wife in the car to get her nails done). So I left the housein twenty-four hours ago (I haven't slept since). The booking was this- Cleveland to New York and then New York to Manchester. However my first flight got delayed and after much research, they managed to get me on Cleveland to Detroit, Detroit to Amsterdam and Amsterdam to Manchester. It was a long flight, it has left me knackered and then there was one final twist in the tale. My luggage hadn't arrived in Manchester. The woman behind the desk got on the computer and apparently it hadn't even left Cleveland. It is apparently arriving at my house tomorrow. So a top, if a little too eventful trip.

What are Niagra Falls like? I've always wanted to visit them. Or any waterfall, really.

They are outstanding. But don't make the mistake I made and stay at the Niagara Lodge.

That's not the place Marilyn Monroe stays at in the film Niagra?

Never seen it, but I very much doubt it. I wouldn't even class it as being good enough for Frank Gallagher from Shameless, let alone the lovely Marilyn. It is actually called 'The Niagara Falls Lodge'

How cool! You were 2 hours away from where I live. The falls are fantastic. You can't really describe them until you've seen them. For Americans it's much harder to go to Canada than it used to be. The hotels in Canada are either shit or great, there's no middle of the field. I've actually had luggage get lost in Cleveland too, so I feel your pain.

I don't think Cleveland would be in my Top 200 U.S. Cities to Visit list, but it sounds like you made the best of it. Did you go to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame? I've heard bad things about it, but I'd still like to see it someday.

You can't go wrong with a baseball game if you want to have some cheap fun and expensive beers.

Cleveland does have a decent zoo and the Hall of Fame is great, IMHO. It's not everybody's cup of tea, but I'm a fan of music history, so I felt like I was going home. I had the great fortune to be there when a massive John Lennon exhibit was there and saw many items that had never been shown to the public. It was also a couple weeks before an induction so the place was buzzing. Cleveland is not a city to live in, but a 3 day vacation there is just great.

I was in NYC just last week. It rained so hard I had to buy a new pair of trousers to change into!
