If you check their site you'll see a temporary reprieve has been given until Sunday night, not that it should encourage any more procrastination...

Damn, they must not think much of the stuff they've received so far :(

Lol, woohoo for me being a last minuter!

Thank........God I've been working 11 hours straight, and the hardest part to write? Yes, the mini biography.

At least now I can rewrite my second entry.

Couldn't you just cut and paste the one on here?

(Funny - I didn't think ofthat at the time!)

I did mention BSG though - and our MySpace

Oh gawd! I didn't even think about the mini bio and synopsis!

Use the bio from your first entry ;)

Or realise nobody took notice of the deadline, heh.

And yes, the mini bio is what I found the hardest to.

PirateGAAAH! I'm sending both entries in one - no worry now it's sorted.

I have completed my bio!

There, that's the hard bit done.
Now for the rest.
:)

Hmm. Just sent it and got an email saying the competition is now closed. When obviously it isn't now.
Hope they still receive it.

I'm sure it'll be fine. Did you receive the reply before or after they had a chance to read your entry? ;)

Hardy har.

Do a David Tennant and get brown with blue pinstripes!

*am on a mission to make every man in the world look like David Tennant*

I've just started a new script about how an undiscovered species of David Tennants come down from the planet "Lush" with the sole purpose of mating with the female earthlings.

I've entered the Red Planet competition too (not with the above script I hasten to add), and I also found the biog and the synopsis incredibly hard to write. In some ways the synopsis is more important than the script. If the synopsis doesn't grab the reader, they may not even bother to read the script.
Huh? Good luck one and all. I wonder when they will pick the finalists. The ten pages I've sent in were from a brand new comedy/drama script I'm writing and I'm currently working like crazy to write the rest of it. Luckily, I'm a person who thrives on deadlines. :P

Laughing out loud
Can we (I) read it when you're done?!

The Doctor also has a little teeny part in the book I'm writing. (Only as a fantasy figure of the main character). He might not even make the final cut, but it's fun writing it.
