I wasn't dissing Stephen Fry. I love him. (Not literally, of course!) I feel he's one of the most (quite) interesting people alive.
I just couldn't get on with The Liar, that's all.
Next I'm reading.... "Next." (Michael Crichton)
And then I'll be giving Marc P's Hard Evidence a go.

Same here, I was disappointed by the Liar too. I found it convoluted...or perhaps I'm just not smart enough to read his books.
