Nope.
Is anyone living their dream? Page 3

Quote: Nigel Kelly @ July 31 2009, 2:39 PM BSTUnlike a lot of trades/jobs at the moment that are affected by the recession, a career as an undertaker will always provide a steady income.
Not if there is strong competition and you work for the worst funeral director in town. Also, any tendencies toward necrophilia could further jeopardize the career.
I was astronaut/space crazy when I was a kid. In my job I get to track and communicate with NASA spacecraft, so I guess I'm almost living my dream.
The Doctor should rescue you and make you his new companion any day now. Hang in there.
Quote: Griff @ July 31 2009, 2:51 PM BSTI was mad crazy about Doctor Who when I was a kid. Now I'm writing websites for finance departments. That's almost the same as exciting adventures in time and space, right?
It's as least as exciting as some RTD episodes, surely!

I will be making some home made tomato sauce soon and having a BBQ and then I will be.
I am a man of simple tastes.

Quote: Darren Pomroy @ July 31 2009, 12:56 PM BSTWhat did you want to be when you was a child or as a younger teenager? Are you living that dream now?
Your dreams will always be your dreams - even if you're wildly successful you'll find that something is wrong with the dream, or you'll create a new dream to aspire to.
Attaining a dream is just as disappointing as never attaining a dream. The real goal is the journey not the destination. IMO. Which still doesn't help me.
