In my defence. The food I eat probably contains more/or as much carnivorous nutrients than actual carnivorous nutrients products themselves.
For example; the vitamin B12 is something a veggie would normally be lacking in. But now they add it to most veggie products. Unnatural!! I don't hear you cry. Because most farmed animals are so lacking in their own proteins/nutrients/whatever when their alive, they have to be "added" to the animal or meat anyway at some point artificially.
