It's almost like you're here.
Spooky.

You do realise that she's all delusional at the moment, what with the stress of work and doing eleventeen peoples' jobs because they're all off with the plague?
Sunny blue skies, some fluffy white clouds strewn around. Not too bad.
I was on the phone to someone at the hospital next door this morning when there was a huge crack of thunder and the phone line went dead!
It pissed it down all morning but is trying to be sunny now.
Hospital? Are you sure it was the phone that went dead AND NOT HIM?
(Or her.)

Her. Ha, no definitely the line. Was a bit spooky though!
Light cloud cover but bright. Wind from the south-west. Outlook is wet as I'm probably going to get pissed tonight.
I thought we were going to get a break from this searing drought yesterday. Black clouds rolled in, lightning crackled through the sky and 50 MPH winds blew through ahead of the advancing storm. The end result: a few drops of rain, not even enough to wet the ground.
On my drive home from the office I saw what I thought was a huge rainstorm ahead. All the drivers turned on their headlights in anticipation, but it turned out to be a dust storm. The strong winds were blowing all the dust, dried soil and dead vegetation around.
Red sky tonight.
Red Sky at night. Angel Delight.
"Minced beef and potato, shepherd's pie."
Heh, orange sky here. Quite nice.
Sunny, hot, dry. Same old, same old. Taking a break from mowing to lower my body temperature with infusions of cold beer.
Son of a bitch. Three weeks after I had to have the upstairs air conditioner repaired the downstairs unit is doing the same thing. Looks like another $281 repair charge.
