Down here in my little Welsh back water we seem to be down to two types of weather. Pissing it down or sunny.
Warm, windy, looks-like-it's-going-to-rain-but-might-not-but-probably-will-but-you-never-know-these-things.
It's sunny but rainy. Weird.

I think they're supposed to be burnt at night after 10 or 11 I think. I'm sure somebody will know the law on here for definite.
