Won't be to do with the intended victim's blood group. However, differences in chemical composition of sweat secretions from one's skin will play a part in how attractive a meal you are to a mosquito.

I'll be happy if I never see another tumbleweed. They make nice kindling for a desert campfire, however.

Just the opposite. A tumbleweed rolls in front of my car and then I commence to saying unfunny things as I pull over and extricate it from under my vehicle.
