It doesn't matter, as she probably looks like jam now anyway.

(unless Aaron sacks me). :)

You misspelt 'sucks'.

I'm the laid back one - I stroll in at 10am - watched my forum then drink some tea look at some threads... then sit back again scratch myself

than go home at 2pm.

I love moderating. :D

Do you think some take the job far to seriously and morph into jobsworths ?
Or are you more than happy to string along with anything they say ?

I ask this as I disagree with many decisions made by mods on various forums but fortunately the majority don't mind and just occasionally you can get decisions overturned.

I think the sheer numbers of us who have (more or less) been happy campers on this site, reflects that we neither feel the moderators are too lax or too harsh. They do a sometimes difficult job with good humour and care. They are always at pains to resolve a situation without resorting to threats, wherever possible.

You say you disagree with "many decisions made by mods on various forums". Have you considered that you might be the one who's being unreasonable? The success of this site and these boards is because the members feel they are well-managed. The rules are very clear and are universally and consistently applied to all.

Well said Tim. ;)

Are you calling him a troll, you shirt-lifter?

I think some get carried away with reminding people of the rules but in truth there actions (i have found on this site anyway) are always fair and if it makes them feel better telling you to use commas etc.. then where's the harm in that
