Normally I don't like to say "I'm 36" because it's not true, I'm 35. Though in a couple of weeks I shall be 36. This year, however, I have felt like saying that I'm 36 for the last couple of months, even though it isn't true, because I thought, "Well, I'll have to be saying I'm 36 soon anyway, why not just get it over with?". Then I thought, "Hold on, Tim, you might as well start saying you're 40 based on that logic". Then I thought, "Don't be ridiculous, you know what I mean, it's just easier to say the age you're nearest to". But then I thought, "Well, in that case are you going to call yourself 36, as opposed to 36 and a half until you're in February, then start saying that you're 37?". It just gets silly and boring if you keep worrying about your age, which I don't too much. It's nice to asked about it though, because most people don't. I have never had any hair on my back.
