Does anyone know whether the actress who played Jane in Waiting for God was pregant during season 4 of the show? I got the new DVD release the other day and she surely looks more and more pregnant and they are dressing her in clothes to try to hide it.
Janine Duvitski
'Degree Of Separation'...
Duvitski played Angie in the BBC TV production of Abigail's Party. During the filming of that Alison Steadman (Beverley) had to wear a dress tailored to disguise the fact she was a good few months pregnant.
(Didn't watch 'Waiting For God' after series 1, really.)
Is this Jane the same woman who played Victor Meldrew's next door neighbour?

Yep. She's a brilliant character actress.

But I do do a magic routine at children's parties. Though I traumatised a load of four year olds with my severed hand trick at the last one. Like Mr Jelly.
