I try to avoid dairy (by choice !) and it is hard. But possible. I still eat milk chocolate, even though it makes me sick. Not violently, but sometimes I can regret it. But that doesn't happen too often

I'll eat most things. Nom nom nom nom nom. But the one thing that will make me heave is coffee. I have spat out chocolate cake before retching my stomach lining out because some bright spark has added coffee to it, even a tiny bit. It's the bane of my foodie existance.
