Considering that it costs 30 pence just to have a piss at London Paddington railway station, I've never held out much hope for the bargains at Poundland.

Not quite. The spokes went and half collapsed, so I had to hold that half up with my free hand. Wasn't perfect, but I managed to keep my face dry.

Good word. I like the word "ancillary" as well. As in "an ancillary rule". A supplemental, if you will.
