I've just been using the Search function to track down my first ever post. It was a surprisingly confident debut!

Have a sore throat today. Found a remedy online: Cayenne Pepper.

I mixed it with honey and drank. Wow! It's good stuff, and cleared my throat.

1/8 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper.
2 tablespoon honey.
Warm for 20 secs in microwave.
Drink!

Highly recommended!!
