Got the kids all ready to go outside and play, complete with squirt guns and bubble mower, then the sky opened up. So, we have been relegated to construction paper butterflies and caterpillars. sigh.
I'm having a surreal time, as usual, at parents' house. Lots of shouting, elderly mother has just had a tennis ball thrown at her in the living room, people joy riding in wheelchairs, lots of booze...
Robyn is hoooome after a nightmare return journey, and is still having to use her mum's laptop, because hers is dead.
