What are you watching on TV? Page 870

Huh?

What? I don't think it's particularly good so far.

That's ok, I didn't make it. :D

I thought that bit in the attic was a bit 'tense'. No?

Maybe, but a bit of spookiness does not necessarily a good film make.

I'll keep watching for a bit. Someone in work said it was good, so I'll give it a decent go.

What do you all think of people who (proudly) claim they don't have a TV?

If they say it proudly, then they're idiots. If they just say it, and have genuinly no interest in watching TV, then fair enough. But they're weird and I don't want to talk to them again. Creepy.

Just watched Ghost Town, that film with Ricky Gervais in; not bad. Pretty enjoyable in fact, though a good part of that enjoyment is purely down to his performance. Plus some of the best lines are so 'him' you just know he came up with them.

2001: A Space Odyssey on Five

Don't remind me...I just got the Campfire Song Song out of my head.

The Open.

Unfortunately it doesn't look Like Tom Watsons going to do it.
What a story that would have been.

I've just been watching that with my dad. He was 59 until very recently and has taken the commentators' constant references to Watson's age/various medical issues and their apparent amazement that he is competing, very much to heart.

Ha! I feel sorry for Watson, would have been nice.

Top Gear.

Hotel Babylon on Replay.

Nigel Harman's "acting" really does spoil my enjoyment of this show.

But that is more than compensated for by Frances Barber!
