Hello there. It's a man who has gone to work and is delivering an important presentation, only to catch sight of his reflection and realise his skull is showing. Obviously he's deeply embarrassed. Hope that clears thing up.
If Godot were to analyse mine, I guess it would be a mild dysmorphia, coupled with introversion, social ineptitude on a Hiroshima scale, and smelly feet. All of which appply.
