I saw a few examples on another thread.
Who's been on telly?
And what were you doing?
It seems much easier to get on Telly these days so the older it is the more points you get.

Quote: Scatterbrained Floozy @ July 15 2009, 10:50 PM BSTI designed a cartoon robot!
I was like, 12 or 13 and it won a competition. They animated it, and used it in one of their games for a couple of years.
What game?
Me..ish! See previous thread for details!

One on the kids' show XChange.

Good for you.
I was lickle! Age-wise, anyway.
A few times, perhaps the stand-out mad appearance was on as a (hungover) medical student on a live episode of Kilroy, where they made the major error of mic-ing me up and sticking me near the front for Robert to come and ask me for my pearls of wisdom. The show was about 'People Who Have Been Struck-Off Their GP Lists', which was fun. My favourite bit was when in the midst of nutters telling their one-sided stories, I decided to make up an outrageous stastitic about the number of assaults on health workers off the top of my head - which wasn't even disputed.
I was on HTV (what passes for ITV in the West Country) as a kid a few times. First being filmed on stage in the National Tour of Oliver!, then as part of the HTV Drama awards. As a kid I also was in an audience of kids asking questions to Shakin' Stevens on Multi-Coloured Swap Shop for some reason. I'm in the background of a scene in Free Agents which was cut, but is on the DVD extras (I was sad enough to watch them just for that).
I prefer being on the radio, especially making mad phone-in points on late-night BBC Five Live. Though the highlight for me was a year or so ago when I was the phone-in guest caller on Stephen Merchant's 6 Music show, as he had man-flu and wanted some medical advice live on air. Got a few laughs out of him and the team and the best bit was to chat to him for a bit off air about writing.
Oh, and I also did stand-up a few times on the ill-fated 'Live TV', which was nice because I got a free taxi.
Numerous studio audiences. Some crowd scenes. And something else I don't remember for the life of me what it was.
Also, XChange was breathtakingly bad.

Richard Wyatt on the quiet.

Cool, he went to school up the road from me. Not that that has anything to do with anything.

Whenever anyone mentions Justin Lee Collins, we've always Steve Merchant to come back at them with.
I've been on the radio. I beat the jock - Mike Read that is and won £15 record tokens and an "I beat the jock" pen.
F**king with phone ins is such fun. I claimed Roy of the Rovers told me to kill people and managed to get another 2 minutes ranting before getting cut off.

Did you actually have to beat Mike Read for money?

Bruce Hockin was the best.
