My legs are killing me. Preparations tips for anyone who attempts this, more than two hours sleep is preferable.

He spends a lot of time wandering around London on his own, he's been okay so far. Also I'm not sure all that much trouble goes down in Kingston...

Careful - those bins should come with a health warning.
My friend Benn made all of them in the end, I think. He got back at Six in the morning or so. He is ridiculous and amazing in equal measure.
