Hey. I'm intending on submitting a script I've written to a screenwriting competition but I'm also supposed to submit a 1 page biography or resume. The problem is, I have never gad any writing experience. What should I write to fill up the space?

None at all? You must have done something. Otherwise why not send some stuff to Newsjack/News Revue/Treason Show and put them down as pending?
