Depends on what audience your aiming for.
You could have a look and see who produces your favourite sketch shows (or ones similar to yours) and send it to them.
I don't know how to put this. One person can't write a sketch show. At least, one unknown person can't. Scripts that you send out are 'calling cards', to show what you can do. A 'sketch show' is not the best thing to send because it doesn't demonstrate whether you can develop and sustain characterisation and plot, unlike a narrative comedy episode.
Therefore I think you will see zero interest in your show as a whole. Better to break up the sketches and send them out individually to people who want sketches.
And start work on a narrative comedy episode. (sitcom)
I tried to get around the BBC's no sketch show policy by sending mine to its radio department which does accept them.
Thanks everyone, I'll check out the production names, single sketch submit places and to the radio department.

But the likes of Enfield, The Fast Show mob, Ronnie Corbett, Smith and Jones have had careers from sketches.
