BCG - Come Dine With Me? Page 2

KFC.

*Leevil sat in cab*

I'm glad there were fries, because I'm a vegetarian and found the chicken a bit meaty for my liking on the plus side, the chicken actually had meat on it. A rare treat from KFC that night; Aaron really did pull out all the stops there.

The entertainment was great, although 46 hours of sitcoms, my neck was starting to become a bit stiff. Not as stiff as Aaron's buttocks though, as I frequently came face to erm cheek with them. That apron was quite dashing, I must say.

Overall, I'll give the night a 5/10 because I took a bag with me, I managed to nick a load of DVDs.

It's still there I think.

No, Sex Rob, it isn't there anymore. I went to look for it a few weeks ago when I was in Greenwich. Unless it's moved of course.

I look forward the BCG - Coach Trip thread!

Hmmm. I stand corrected. But they have opened a mobile unit next to the Natwest. That sounds a bit iffy, even to me. Manzes in Tower Bridge Road might be the place to go instead.

ps. And I'm really not happy with the 'Sex Rob' business!! :) *has sex*

That was a great place. Had some lovely pie and custard there.

I luv pie n mash, because it's simple but delicious. And it's straightforward to order!

I always get confused understanding the menu, when I go to really upmarket restaurants like The Harvester.

HAHA!

Whats the new avatar btw???

Is that to me?

I found it on Google. The other one was just too cute 4 my liking, and was really doing my head in! :)

It's not that bad.

Well after finally getting out of Aaron's lair I am extremely glad to be breathing fresh air again. The KFC had obviously not been cooked by Aaron and there was no effort in presentation as he laid down the bucket and paper plates in the middle of his carpet and expected us to pick it up like that. We could hardly move for the DVD's, pictures of Zooo and English flags. At the end of the meal he insisted on playing us reruns of an old sitcom he'd remade himself using cuddly toys and himself, and I can't believe he did the whole thing in an apron and nothing else. It was a nightmare every time he turned around. Aaron also only spoke to us in binary and there was no fast forward button.

Truly revolting night... 1/10... and the 1 is for his cat who was very cute.

Errr Dunno where you were, but it wasn't my house.

IIRC they have some other branches, but the Greenwich village one is now a Gourmet Burger Kitchen.

Quote: john lucas 101 @ July 7 2009, 3:13 PM BST

Unless it's moved of course.

They shut that branch due to poor business.

Errr

Despite liking to cook, I'm not great on the whole dinner party thing. I don't like the pressure but I'll give it a go.

First, as it is Summer, I'll do a Summer menu. I'd set up the table outside...

Image

Nice but I would have added white flower petals and some tiki style cups to make it naffer.

Pre dinner drinks - Hawaii 5 ohhhh: A non alcholic yogurt, pineapple and honey based smoothie, and for the drinkers...a Pina colada. They both look the same so don't get them mixed up!

Image

Starter - Mini melon balls served in lemon and limes with a sprig of mint.

Image

Dinner - Thai lime bbq chicken....

Image

For the veggies (and the piggies who want both) there is a Fiesta tomato bake....

Image

...and a side dish for everyone of Guacamole salad.

Image

Dessert - Caramelised bananas with coconut ice cream.

Image

Post dinner - More cocktails and chilled malibu white truffles rolled in a tiny bit of edible gold glitter.

Image

Is that any good?

We could just order chinese.

Ooooh nice Rubes. Goes together very well.

8/10. :)

I have a secret (well, not now) like of this show too.

Garlic bread, breaded mushrooms and dips for starters.

Chicken fajitas as main. (a amusingly shaped vegetable for the veggies)

Angel Delight for afters (no, not dessert!), topped with Dream Topping and hundreds and thousands.

Drinks: Soft drinks, beer and wine. Snoogums too for those who don't drink.

Entertainment: My elephant impression (not sure if it's India or African, but it's the one with the little trunk). Or Wii tennis for the less adventureous.

Extravagent, I know. Kerry Katona eat your heart out! <Not part of the entertainment!

You need to entertain too?

Okay....set up the pole.....

Who would team up with who though?

For starters: Pan fried nose drizzled with stewed bogie.

Main: Kiln-baked arse cheeks served on a bed of poached scrotums.

Dessert: Air biscuits. :)

"That stunk, but I prefered it over Aaron's greasy bucket." 2/10

*Roo sat in cab*

Right, I'll have the McChicken Sandwich with strawberry milkshake....oh yes, large.....
