Bacon and sausage both need brown sauce, and the brown sauce has to be made by HP. I like tomato sauce on the very odd occasion (on chips, say) but HP wins no contest in this case. I don't like red sauce with Bacon or sausage.
Most of the time, it would've been brown sauce. But I would occasionally get the desire to use tomato.
Tomato works best with chips and also egg sandwiches

I love sandwiches and I love sausages; but because I find them so delicious individually. I very rarely had sausage sandwiches; because I would always end up taking the sausage out eating it on its own.
A fried egg and brown sauce.

Same here for the first part, I do like tomato sauce, but just like brown sauce a good lot better. Don't like your egg choice, though, but that's just cause I've always hated egg, tried it once as a youngster then again years later and no difference. Our tastebuds are all different, I guess.
Can I ask for Claudia Schiffer or Kate Bush on mine?
I do like how versatile brown sauce can be. Not only with the range of foods you can dollop it on. But the different varieties it comes in.
Branston Pickle (which I'm guessing uses some part of the brown sauce) is heavenly.
Rolls are better than sandwiches. And for bacon it's tomato sauce. For sausage I prefer mustard. And by that I mean proper mustard, none of that foreign muck.

Yeah, I like mustard, though would seldom put it on my food. If so, though has to be original Colemans, nothing else.
