Favourite Michael Jackson Song Page 4

I think Scream is probably my favourite Jackson song, post-Jackson 5. I've never understood how the video ended up costing $7 million though. Apparently it's still the most expensive video ever made.

I like that too.

I don't really like Scream that much compared to his others. Didn't seem like there was much of a song in there.

Got to be 'Smooth Criminal' for me. Though I prefer the Animal Ant Farm version. Not much of a Jacko fan.

I know what you mean, but I used to love turning it up full blast and just do, whatever I was doing at the time... hmmm... not masturbating, mind...

Anyone else like Janet Jackson's 'Together Again'? I always get laughed at when I say that. I know it's poppy and cheesy, but it's just a great song!

Is that the one with the video of her and that man with the dreadlocks and green eyes?

No I think it's the one with the African theme and she has reddish hair.

Ohh, I was thinking of this one http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=96hmKX3Hd7c

:D I know it's bad, but a part of me loves it :$

Leevil's one is good too. :)

She does actually sound a bit like Michael. Never really noticed before. Am thick.

To be honest, I've never listened to a Michael Jackson album, so I only know his singles. Then again, maybe his singles are his best songs. Growing up listening to Hip hop, singles would often be a bit weak and watered-down, compared to the more obscure album tracks. And sometimes, even if a really good, funky song was released from an album, label bosses would insist that it was a remixed version that was played on the radio and MTV.

See, I just like to enjoy music. ;)

This MJ tribute song came out less than a week after his death: Sway The King Full Stop (MJ Tribute) + Lyrics

It's awful. Truly, truly awful.

The man's dead. He leaves behind a tarnished biography and an undoubtedly influential discography. Shit hip-hop/rap/or-whatever-this-shit-is in no way an appropriate tribute.

I completely accept that the man was an influential musician, and I don't dislike his music any less because of the various claims made about him, but can we not have some balanced reporting about him please?

Just once I would like to turn on the car radio and it not be playing a Michael Jackson song.

As I implied in my earlier comments, I'm not even a fan of Jackson's solo music, and I'm not a fan of that Rapper, or most modern Rap. I just thought it was a novelty how quickly that tribute song came out.
