Why don't you post a page on Critique just to give an idea of how good (or bad) it is?
I collab on my sitcom scripts with another person these days. We write 4/5 lines each, then send it to the other one over outlook express, they write 4/5 lines and send it back...and so on.
It's working really well, as we can edit each others work as we go, and also the other person takes it into some interesting directions the other didn;t think about.
Quote: Marc P @ July 3 2009, 11:20 AM BSTI've got a lot of half finished projects I can't be arsed to get right either. If someone can finish them up for me and sell them we could go fifty fifty on the proceeds but I would would want the Created by credit.
When can I start?

Ok posted a page, but not much you can get from a page is there?

You can get your morning suit fetched and brushed.

I write with SlagB. But although we brainstorm together, I always write the first draft. We then throw it back and forth until we've (hopefully) got rid of the waste and squeezed as much humour in as is reasonable. I also have solo writing projects but nothing beats writing or creating with someone else. Having someone make you laugh as you put down ideas is a joy.
I think the hardest part in collaboration is finding someone who isn't French.
I collaborate with my wife... well sort of. She types my scripts (80 wpm+!!), then comes up with some good suggestions which I often use - but she's not my official collaborator.
I collaborated with SlagA once. Not enough inappropriate touching, surprisingly.
We have to do it again, eh?
That would be excellent. I'll get the crotchless pants.

How many good words a minute do you dictate?

Jean Warr started out that way and ended up getting an equal credit with Eric Chappell.
