Ohhhhhhhhh. Awwww, yes, I see. Or as Griff might see it, when others get the blame for pointing out people who may or may not be trolling.
Rather than going through the correct process of raising suspicion, complaint and so on.

I apologise for bringing the thread back to it's original point but I believe there has to be a reduction in the age where minors can be prosecuted. A nine year old in my class has already stabbed someone. He was aiming for their heart but luckily the other kid who was 10 deflected the blow into his side. It turned out to be a flesh wound. This kid is in mainstream education and the social services have just closed his file.
Oh and signed and delivered Big Fella
That's just grim.

Cheers Roscoff.
Jesus! That's terriable a nine year old! I wouldn't want him in my class. I gotta ask, what are the parents like?
I can't help feeling that we don't need more prisons; what we need is more work camps.
Junior offenders, should be sent to a work camp and made to do useful CIVIL work, i.e work for the community. The harder the better, so items such as building sea walls, building river defences, repairing Hadrian's Wall to keep the dour Scots out and maybe a wall along the Welsh border to keep the English out of Wales. Oh and clearing out & repairing our old canals as we will be needing them when the oil runs out.
Failing anything else perhaps we can put them in treadmills where they walk & walk to make green electricity, say to heat an old-persons home.

Do we we really want these little f**kers built any bigger? They grow up fast enough already without making the worst of them into bodybuilders.
I say we put them on a strict programme of crochet and thin stew.

You've made me smile, Bussell.

Signed up, signature #22. C'mon people it only takes a few seconds.
More prisons = more jobs + safer streets.
Lock the little bastards up I say, and their incompetent parents.
Sterilising them may also be worthwhile.
