Bad day - not the only one. It's too hot here in Sunny Blackpool! Makes a change though from the usual rain, wind and snow. I don't like the heat though.

PS: Torchwood is still better!

Don't make me go nerd core on you. My anger towards that show knows no bounds.

Quite a list of complaints there. I can't argue with a few of them. Still, everyone has personal opinions.

That he can never have them, due to being a Godless bender?

LOL.

Not what I was thinking, but that's less libellous, so we'll go with it.

Well, it's on again next week, for 5 episodes. Sometimes you wonder what the BBC are up to. It's a bit like those comics which used to have "great news, chums!" on the front, and you'd open it up to find the comic has been cancelled but a couple of the strips are moving to another title. When I heard it was 5 episodes on BBC1 I immediately thought they were doing a wrap-up job on it, like the final episode of Blakes's 7. John Barrowman is not happy with it either.

I don't see how why this is being seen as bad news, it's a full weeks viewing put aside on the flagship channel, that's good news. If they wanted to just cancel it, they could; if they wanted instead to quickly wrap it up they could, and not give it a space on BBC1. To me it seems like a vote of confidence, making it something of an event.

Hmmmm.

Still cutting down the number of episodes by at least half. Can't see how that's entirely positive.

If they announce another series then fine. But I don't think it's going to happen. :(

I don't mind what channel it's on, I'd rather have 13 on BBC2 than 5 on BBC1.

I'd rather have five well thought out, focused, episodes than the usual run of thirteen largely uninspired episodes.

What about five largely uninspired episodes?

We may have no choice in the matter.

And there's a Torcwood play tomorrow on Radio 4. Has that been mentioned yet? Because I'm mentioning it now if it hasn't.
