Michael Jackson RIP Page 4

Who didn't see this coming years ago? I always figured he'd commit suicide, overdose or both. His life paralleled Elvis' in many ways, including the fact that he had doctors who'd prescribe all the drugs he wanted and minders who would just sit back and watch it all unfold. Lots of tell-all books and movies will spring from this.

Well he beat Amy Winehouse.

Farrah Fawcett earlier today, now Michael Jackson...

They say these things come in threes*... who's next?

Ed McMahon died first. MJ completes the trilogy.

Who the f**k??????

Didn't yet another one of the Golden Girls just die too?
(Not the one from a few weeks ago.)

Farah is different though. I had a poster of her from the Sun. I've probably still got it - although there are some funny stains on it.

I won't ask.

That as well? I thought it was just child abuse.

Ed McMahon was Jonny Carson's sidekick on The Tonight Show for years. At least for over here that makes the trilogy. Supposedly celebs die in 3s within 5 days of each other. I was actually shopping and the girl behind the counter was on her computer following the minute by minute news. So what will happen with all those concerts?

They'll be cancelled amid much part-embarrassment part-solemness and a lot of people will get a lot of money back. Unless they bought on eBay in which case they're f**ked. Basically.

I imagine that they won't be taking place now.

They could do holograms, like the Rat Pack show a couple of years ago!

Might take a while to develop, mind...

Chat show side-kick? He must have been getting on a fair bit, not in the same league as one of Charlie's Angels and the 'King Of Pop'...

Number 3 will be someone hugely talented, an actor, musician, black...

Richard Blackwood? Noooooooooooooooooo!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Why don't they still go ahead?

He would have only mimed anyway.
