Life Is Beautiful won an Acadamy Award for best foreign film and it is a great film. I really hate it when anyone trashs anything for no apparent reason except to just trash. It gets my defences up hence, I trash you and yours for no apparent reason. I don't remember refering to anything as "fag". Oh yea, I didn't.

Life is beautiful is a sentimental basket of arse, the early scenes are funny but well it's just kind of soggy and poor.
Schindler's List may be a very Hollywood film but it's darkly funny and powerful.
And as for the Diary of Anne Frank that book has no proper ending to speak of.
That selfish bitch.
Not really but the film on the Katyin massacre is meant to be good.
Frankly Troma's Anne Frankenstein was just in poor taste.
Some people seem to rate the Boy in the Striped Pyjamas, but the book was so awful I didn't see it.
