Pretty much all of them. As Tim says, its not hard for them to write 140 characters. I don't think people like Stephen Fry can read all their replies though. If you enter '@stephenfry' into the Twitter search box you'll see how many messages and questions the poor man gets sent every hour.
I'm finding Twitter a very useful tool for discovering information. Normally the PR people put loads of barriers in the way, but with Twitter it's possible to get news direct from the stars. They often Twitter news or giveaway clues about what they're working on way before any press release etc.
