How about, I start of with a "random" comedy star/actor and you come up with an idea of a character/sitcom for them.
Let's hope there are no thieving producers reading.

Bill is the reincarnation of Jesus Christ, he also happens to be the lead singer of 70's super band - Creame Pistols.
This feels really Alan Partridge-y.

Jimmy Carr plays the wise-cracking yet ultimately brutal transvestite "Madame" of a Eastern European brothel cum smoothie-making factory. Co-stars Su Pollard as 'Elastic Betty'.
Nicholas Lyndhurst plays an actor who cannot act to save his life. That shouldn't be too hard for him should it? Liked him in Only Fools and Goodnight Sweetheart though.
Captain Hook, Captain Pugwash and Long John Silver all living together in Jennifer Aniston's underwear.
I would call it: The Pirates of Jen's Pants.
